A few words about us ...

The new draft of Arkady Novikov, this time in collaboration with Artem Mikhalkov - Country Restaurant breeze. The spacious mansion in the style of an Alpine chalet, under the arches of which settled cozy cottage spirit - a special, near Moscow. This ceremony, as neighbors would drop the inhabitants Gourock and specially come from the metropolitan center - to relax and delicious to eat. It was here at any time of the year's dreams of all who are tired of Moscow rabotogolikov - on vacation, holidays and all the charms of a country holiday. Inside the restaurant a lot of space - and a lot of light, not like the close urban "cellar". Large and small fireplace room, a tea and hookah and a bar area, lounge with open kitchen and a separate VIP-room on the second floor, plus a veranda, plus pavilions and playgrounds. As in every self-respecting country house, there gathered a collection of different colors of sofas and chairs (even design), the library with your favorite books, lamps, colorful rugs and pillows. On the walls hung with hunting trophies, under the fig trees that grow in giant pots. You can have tea under the pines, reading in a hammock, play chess or dozing in a chair under the crackling logs in the fireplace with a glass of good wine and fine cigars. All this - in between late breakfast, unhurried lunches and a pleasant dinner with friends. In the evening, candles are lit everywhere and listen to the old piano. For a weekend full rest assured, even parents - with young gadabout involved animators. Kitchen - Russian, charmingly home. Business Card - juicy, flavorful steaks on grill or in this wood-burning oven, lamb, veal, lamb. All kinds of kebabs, lula, venison cutlets or chicken, steaks. Over the weekend in the biggest fire you can bake on a spit something massive - entirely. In the center of the dining hall is very seductive sweet table with an abundance of pies, jams, biscuits and other delicacies. The menu (as well as throughout the institution as a whole) - full democracy: gratan from the Far East crab in a creamy sauce next to kutaby, chebureks and home of the zucchini pancakes, and the Tar-Tar Lu - in one section with salted herring on toast rye bread with hot potatoes and fragrant oil. Rosy chicken and buckwheat with white mushrooms from the oven, "Grandma" salted cucumbers, sweet raspberries and a nostalgic "Napoleon" - this time with black currant ... and other seemingly uncomplicated pleasures of life, for whom to call in the "breeze" so easily and naturally, and leave the local hospitality - it is difficult, sad and absolutely do not want.
